Images processed by entirely with Lightroom 4.1 RC produce squished HDRs via batch mode. Export Plug-in works normally.

Using Lightroom 4.1 RC to import RAW CR2 files as DNG then exporting them via the Photomatix plug-in 1.2.1 works well and produces a normally processed image:

But, using the batch mode of Photomatix Pro 4.1 (4.1) to process the folder containing the 3-exposure images produces squished images with like this:

However, RAW CR2 files in Lightroom 4.1 RC that had been imported into Lightroom 3.6 as DNG still process normally using both the Lightroom 4.1 RC / Photomatix 1.2.1 plug-in and by using the batch mode of Photomatix Pro 4.1 (4.1) to process a folder of 3-exposure images. Updating the only process version of those 3-exposure images (from Lightroom 3.6's process 2010 to Lightroom 4's process 2012) produces normally processed HDR images. Even applying ALL the Develop settings of the above 3-exposure, Lightroom 4.1 RC-imported DNGs to the DNGs that had been imported using Lightroom 3.6 still produce normally processed images via both the plug-in and batch mode.

My guess is that there's there is something wrong with Lightroom 4.1 RC's initial importing of RAW files to DNG files.
