The main section of the screen is just grey. I can see thumbnails in the layers, or the print preview, but the main window is just gray. I've tried restarting my system, changing monitor settings. Using both the 32 to 64 bit versions of Photoshop. I've tired opening different file types and creating a new file type. I can even make edits, but I just can's see them (out side of the thumbnail or print preview.)

I seem to recall a similar post if the Photoshop Windows-Forum – if I remember correctly updating the graphic display card driver was the solution there.

Not too sure what the problem was. I just started changing every monitor setting I could find and eventually an image appeared. Thanks.

This has been seen more than a few times due to bugs in video card drivers. Updating the drivers, or temporarily disabling OpenGL drawing in Photoshop's preferences (to avoid the driver bugs) fixes it every time.
