There are differences between images' colors in Camera Raw window and Photoshop CS6 window in Windows 7. But it's alright in Windows 10 with same settings. My Windows 10 system is a clone of my Windows 7 system which then had been upgraded to Windows 10. Both OS has most recent updates.
Not so long ago I've encounterd with this problem in Windows 7.
Uninstalling with deleting of all user preferences and reinstalling of my whole Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard didn't help.
Screenshots are availlable by next urls:
-Colors' Settings Window:
-Camera RAW window:
-After Camera RAW such window appeared and asked me to convert image's colors to workspace color scheme:
-Finally, how it is looked in Photoshop CS6:

I've had a similar problem, not with Adobe, but viewing pics in Windows 10 is different colors & any other program except for Fast Picture Viewer, which displays the same colors as PS, Lr, CR & Bridge. I think it was the same with Windows 7; most other apps don't read the color space from the image file. I've complained about it to change yet. I recently got a workstation graphics card & I have noticed the desktop pics look better (from Bing). Before they were over-saturated.
