Photoshop CC 2019: Images and Assets "Disappearing"

With the new update to CC2019, sometimes certain layers will be "cropped" or "missing" a chunk of its visual data. This also happens a lot with text layers, where characters and lines of text "disappear". I use quotes because, the actual stuff is there, and if you zoom out/zoom in, move the layer or toggle the layer visibility they restore back to normal.

Really really annoying...

I experienced the same. You may set 'Use Graphics Processor' to on/off in Performance of Preferences.

Hi Joey,
We are so sorry for you frustrating experience.  I'll have the engineering team look into this.  In the mean time, can you try enable Preferences -> Performance -> "Legacy Compositing" and see if this resolves your issue?
If you're okay with this, could you email me (sender@adobe.com) the PSD file you using where you're seeing the issue?  This would greatly help out team identify the issue.
Sincerely,
Andrew
