Hello,
Since the latest update to/for Photoshop2018, I find that whenever I am working on any file it automatically snaps to the center of my screen at random times.
Has this happened to anyone else?
If this is not a bug , and if this a new feature how can I turn it off?

I would really appreciate any feed back to this issue. Thank you.

A temporary solution was found over at the other post for this problem (https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/photoshop-cc-2018-zoom-always-points-to-cente...)

Enable Application Frame under Window menu. It'll still work without tabbing your documents, so at least you don't have to bare with both.

UPDATE: unfortunately it still seems to snap to center in Full Screen mode (for me at least)

Adobe please fix this.  I have a team of concept artists working on X-men on the Fox lot and ever since the 2018 the images snap / reposition themselves unexpectedly.  New Feature? Bug?   - Thank you
