Photoshop: Image copied to CreativeCloud libraries get cropped?

I added several images to the libraries. The positioning of the image within the canvas is important because I'm doing various overlays.

When I put the layer into Libraries in CC it automatically cropped the canvas down to the image. Now when I apply it to the base photo, it shows up in the middle instead of positioned at a 60 degree angle on the outer edge like it should.

If anyone knows how to stop this please let me know, I really want to use libraries!

Adding something to the library will crop the layer to the content bounds, the same as smart objects do.

Can I disable that? I need it to retain it's positioning.

No, there is no way to disable that at this time.
