macOS10.8で使用しています。
有償プランで使用していたのに、本日突然使えなくなりました。期限が切れたのなら支払いますが、通知もきていないし1年経っていない気がします。
サポート電話0120-61-3884もたらい回しにされたあげく、電話サポートは行っていないと言われ、時間のむだでした。
非常に困っておりますので回答をお願いします!
