Since the google bought Nick software, the appli are free. There NO question to pay it like it was few years ago. The app are working just like plugin. In LR you may use them when you ask to modify a picture there used such as an external plugin. In Ps it' practically the same after installation you'll find them in the filter menu.

If you continue to have problems, you'll need to talk to Google. It's an issue in their app, rather than Lightroom or Photoshop.

Trying to help you the Nick-Google soft must be there. If not you must try to reload the app from google website make a reinstall.

This is the apple environment. If you don't have these folders the bestsellers you can do is to reload and reinstall.

- /users/userid/library/Preferences/Google
in this folder, you will find there the different plugin parameters presenting mainly the folders Favorites - ImportedPreset - swap - UserPreset
- /users.userid/library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/External Editor Preset/Nick Soft Google
- There one can find the templates to startup the Nick Google application as a plugin in Lightroom
- /Application/adobe Photoshop CC 2017/Plug-ins/Google
There we get the different plugin for Photoshop CC 2017
- /Applications/Nick Collection
The appli are situated there
