If LR isn't maximized, I can't scroll to see all images in Library Import screen.

Running Win7 64 bit.
When LR 5.6 64bit is maximized on my system and I go into the Library Import screen and select a folder with a several hundred images , the scroll bar on the screen allows me to scroll to the bottom of the list of images. In this mode on my system, there are 6 columns of images. This is fine.

However, if the window isn't maximized and the number of columns is less than 6, the scroll bar does not allow me to view a number of images at the bottom of the list. The narrower the window/app is, the fewer images I can view. It seems to be assuming there will be fewer rows of images than there actually are - dividing by 6 columns even if there are fewer than 6 columns.

I have RAW+JPEG images in this folder numbered 3855- 4073, though some have been deleted. I've attached 2 images. One shows the LR app at full screen, with 6 columns displayed, and the scroll bar 2/3rds of the way down the screen. This mode allows viewing of the full list of images. I then shrunk the window. The same group of images is displayed, but now the scroll bar appears to be at the bottom of the list. There is no way to access the lower images without maximizing the window.

The reason I had it non-maximized is that I was reviewing a list of images that I wanted to import that was in a text file in the background.
