Lightroom: Icon "Metadata file needs to be updated" still shown after saving metadata to files

Hi,

issue: when "Auto write changes into XMP" was disabled and after I manually saved metadataa to files for a stack with 6 master images and 1 virutal copy, the small icon top right with the down arrow ("Metadata file needs to be updated") first vanishes for some seconds and the shows again permanently - although I do not touch anything.

This is what I have done repeatedly:
- Worked on a stack of images with 5 raw/cr2 images, one 32 bpc .tif file and 1 virtual copy. During this time I have disabled "Auto write changes into XMP" in the catalog settings.
- After I finished my work and printed the image I selected all 7 images of the stack and invoked "Save metadata to files". After confirming a warning I could see in the progress bar top left that the metadata was saving.
- Then for a few seconds the little icon top right with the arrow key down ("Metadata file needs to be updated") has vanished and then this icon showed up again - permanently - although I have to touch anything in LR.
- This behaviour does only apply to the 32bpc master file but not for the 5 raw files and the virtual copy.

For me this is confusing. I just saved metadata and some seconds later LR thinks that metadata should be updated...

Thanks.
