Photoshop CC: Not seeing all my RAM (ran 32 bit by mistake)

Photoshop CC appears very buggy. Among the problems I have encountered in 3 days of usage:
1. PS CC refuses to recognize that my computer has 16 GB of RAM. It keeps coming up with 4GB. I reported this to tech support and they fixed it. However on the next reboot of my computer I was back to 4GB. I am forced to use CS6 which has no problem recognizing my 16GB. I can't understand why CS6 gets it straight and CC insists on being wrong. Until you fix it I am forced to use CS6 because I keep getting the message that PS CC can't execute my commands because of insufficient memory.
2. I can't open Bridge CC with either the desktop icon or from Photoshop CC (File> Open Bridge). The only way I can get it is to open Mini Bridge in PS CC, then open Bridge in Mini Bridge. I also note that you did away with "Open a New Synchronized Window" in Bridge CC. I wish you would put that command back in. I have a dual monitor set-up (like many other users of PS) and found it very useful to use 2 Windows; one for Content and the other for Preview. I found this set-up much more useful than Mini-Bridge. Whoever told you that everybody was using laptops? Some of us still take our previews very seriously.
I could go on but I'll save my further comments for another email.
Thank you,
Marvin Burke

1) You ran the 32 bit version by mistake. Use the 64 bit version if you want to access all of your RAM.

Please keep one issue per topic, so we can answer and discuss them separately.

I'm surprised! I discussed this with your tech support and the didn't say a word about 2 versions. I don't know how the fixed it for one run. Where is the 64 bit version? I didn't see a distinction between 32 & 64 bits when I downloaded. Where do I find the 64 bit version? Is it hiding on my computer or is there a download button in the cloud that is all fogged up?

You downloaded and installed both versions. The installer always installs both versions.
