I remember the 3D-Gismo in cs4 was scalable.
But the current one in cs5, you only can maximize or minimize.
But even maximized, it is way smaller than you need it for a proper and smooth workflow. Really tricky, you too often don't hit where you want to hit and it often takes minutes to finally grab it where you want to.
Maybe there is a way to scale it bigger, I just couldn't find out where or how.
For the update cs6, I want a bigger 3D-Gismo, or at least scalable again. Pleeeeeeze.

Yes, in Ps CS5 the 3D Axis was changed to only have 2 sizes (I don't know the reason for the change). Unfortunately, the size can't be made larger with the current UI. I'm asking if there might be some way to customize it, but don't hold your breath.

Something you might try is changing the Camera view, so that the 3D Axis rotates to a orientation where the constraint you're trying to grab become an easier target.

I'll forward your request for future versions to make these controls scalable and set the maximum size to something larger than what's in CS5.
