I have a corrupted Plugin.dll file according to the error message. How do I get a replacement Plugin.dll file? If not that, how do I deactivate so I can reinstall the program (elements 9)? OR, do I have to deactivate if I just want to reinstall on the same compter? Anyone?? Thanks!! PS... I can't get into the program to access the Help files to do a deactivate sequence.

You don't have to deactivate to reinstall. Just reinstall and tell it to repair.
