This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Photoshop.com: Are there album controls and viewer options to limit what albums a viewer/client can see?

I am shouting!! Tried to post a question in forums and could not figure out how. My problems is: I made an online album in PSE 7. I checked view publicly. I DID NOT CHECK allow viewers to: download photos or order prints. Yet three people I have asked could do just that. Download and print pictures. Very frustrated and don't know where to turn! Called tech support NO help. CAN ANYONE HELP ME????

Hi Terry,

Was this an album you shared on Photoshop.com?

If you have the two options here unchecked for others to be able to print and save images in the album in the album settings

Then when you share the album with others the following options will NOT be displayed (boxed in red).

Note: This doesn't prevent people from being able to print images directly through the webbrowser (results in a low quality version) or right-click and save on images, true of almost all images displayed on the web.

Does that help?
