REVEL: I lost one of my libraries, and all photo's in that library! How do I get that back?

I had two libraries on my revel account. One for my iphone and the other for my dslr photo's. The iphone library is no longer appearing in my list of libraries!! Did I lose them? Can I get them back?

Do you by chance have a different account that you have logged into in the past? O, did you delete a library from the account (this requires confirmation before it deletes)? The account that uses the same email as this forum really does only have one library in it.

No I did not delete it. As of two days ago it was listed next to my other library. (Or above it). I only have one email & user name for the account. I went today to make sure my iphone photos were uploaded to that library and it was gone!

Can you check to see what happened to my account. All of my pictures are gone :(

Does it say from what device? I logged into my account t from my Mom's iPad because the share feature wasn't working. Is there anyway to get it back? I did not want it deleted!!

Our files show that your library was indeed deleted by the user from the iPad Revel app. We have the extra layer of safety built in that requires confirmation to ensure that you know the deletion is permanent. I am sorry that this happened to you but I am unable to retrieve any deleted files. I hope that you have backup copies of these so that you can recreate the library and add the files back.
