Hi Scott

You have 72 files in the account that uses the email you also use on this forum. Were you expecting to see more?

What platform are you using? iOS? Win8? Was your app done syncing before you updated it? Sometimes people delete their app after the thumbnails appear but before the master copy is fully uploaded. You want to check that the sync is complete before deleting or updating the app or you may not have the files you expect.

The other possibility is that you have another account that uses a different email. Often times when users are forced to login again, they mistakenly use a different email and load to a different account.

Could either of these be the case here?
