I did the 30-day trial of Photoshop CC and it lost my color white. When I was first installing it, I received a warning about my monitor and I think I clicked Ignore. After that the color white looks yellow. There's no white on the palette or swatches or anything. I've seen this problem listed in other forums and they said to do a Ctrl+Alt+Shft on startup to reset preferences and all should be better, but it didn't work.

Then I typed in the license as I went ahead and purchased the Cloud subscription and I'm still having the issue.

Your display profile is bad, and Photoshop is trying to compensate for a display that claims to be very blue.

And yes, the warning about having a bad display profile was probably important and shouldn't have been ignored.

No, resetting preferences won't have any effect on your display profile - because it is an OS setting.

Fix your display profile in the OS settings.
