I don;'t want Revel, didn't ask for it and want it closed with my photos deleted. Will you do that for me?

I see that other people don't like the product and have asked for their account to be closed and the photos permanently deleted from the site. I do not feel I should have to do this myself since I didn't request the migration and saw no notice in order to opt out. Hopefully, some one from Adobe will do this for me.

Sorry we did not get back to you right a way. Your thread was not in the Revel specific Forum so we missed it. I am sorry you are unhappy about the move. Email notices went out on 2/22 to free and paying users of Photoshop.com and also was posted on social media. Additional emails followed. Some users had forwarded our emails to spam and therefore saw the news later than others.

Because a decision was made to discontinue Photoshop.com sharing and storage, we gave users the option to have them moved to Revel rather than having all of their efforts deleted. Users who had files on Adobe Photoshop.com Sharing and storage cloud site who did not opt out had their files copied to Adobe Revel (another Adobe cloud sharing and storage service). The files were available on Photoshop.com for archiving until 6/18, in case you wanted to back them up. You can login to Photoshop.com to see if yours have been deleted yet and access our media downloader here:
An FAQ is available here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/117428...

The migration was not done to upset customers, but rather was done as a convenience for customers so that they did not have to go to the effort of downloading from the one site and uploading to another since that can be very time consuming. Revel is a free account that you login to with the same credentials as you did on Photoshop.com. Although Revel is not a replacement for Photoshop.com (it has more of a focus on sharing between devices), it is an alternative you may select if you wish since Photoshop.com sharing and storage is being discontinued. If you would rather archive your photos and not use Revel, that is certainly your choice. I will send you an email to confirm and then delete all the photos and the account.
