I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 on January 29, 2014. At that time I was told that I could upload an unlimited amount of photos for the the first 30 days so I signed up for the basic (50 photos per month free) plan. On February 25th received a notice that my account limits have been reached and prompted me to upgrade my plan. What's up? this has been a very frustrating experience.

The revel account that you login to using the same email as this forum was only created 24 minutes ago and should have unlimited uploads still.

Is it possible you are logged in on Elements using a different email?

Check the suggestions on this help link for assistance ensuring the login is correct on Elements 12:
