Revel: I can't sign into my account (Adobe ID signin outage - now fixed)

I paid for my revel account for a year, but it now does not seem to be there. I have over 6,000 pictures, but the system does not recognize my email address! Please help!!!

Cannot Log In.


I cannot sign in with my Google plus account. This just started last night 5-14-14. It asks me for a country/region. It never did this before last night. When I select United States and click "create," it gives me an error message and says try again later. --Dean Schreiber schreiberdean@gmail.com

Login Problems.


Hi,

i can't login to Revel with my browser and with Adobe Elements Organizer 12. On my smartphone and tablet it works just fine. I'm sure that i used the correct username/password combination. If i try to retrieve a new password it tells me that my e-mail address doesn't exist. What can i do to login to Revel?

I am not able to log in to Revel via Elements 12, can log in fine to Revel on browser and on mobile devices. Is there still an issue signing in via Elements 12 to access your mobile albums.

Would you care to or are you able to elaborate on what my different issue is? I can not log in to Revel from Elements 12. I have no problem logging into Revel directly via the browser or on any of my mobile devices.

I don't know what issue you might be seeing. But as noted above, this issue discussed in this topic was solved last week. You need to create a different topic so someone can help you solve the issue you are seeing.

1/19/15. I am having the same problem with Elements 12. No trouble signing in on browser or on iPad.

This problem was reported 8 months agao and was supposedly resolved. Why am I having this problem now with PS9?
