Do you get an error message?

We really need more information to know what you're seeing and what might be happening.

That means that your camera may be newer than the version of ACR on your system. Have you installed the latest ACR? And which camera created the NEF files?

Have you installed all the updates for ACR? You should be using ACR version 7.4.

But the D300 files should open already with ACR 7.0. Have you modified those files in another application, or are they straight from the camera?

Where can I found the ACR version ? The Adobe Application Manager shows Im on the latest version of ACR. But is there a way to re-install the ACR?

You can download and install it manually from the Adobe website.

Chris, I've re-installed my CS6, but the problem still there. Can you think of anything may cause this problem? BTW, there has no place for ACR downloads.

ACR downloads are available on the Adobe site along with other updates.

No, I cannot think of anything that would cause this problem except a missing or out of date version of ACR.
