That's an error from a script, not creating a layer comp.

What script are you using?

It's Layer Comps to Files (to export .jpg).
I tried Layer Comps to PDF and it's doesn't work too.

OK, so your title and description are a bit misleading. You've created layer comps, but are having problems with the export scripts?

Are these the scripts from CS6, or did you copy scripts from an older version?

Sorry about my title... but my problem still present!
This is the script that came with the original installation
(photoshop 64bit from CS6 web and design premium).

I see that you are editing in a floating window. Please edit your Photoshop Preferences and change your preference to open images in tabs. Then run the Layer Comps to Files script to see if it works then. There is a nasty bug in the windows version of Photoshop CS6 which causes Actions and Scripts that switch between document to fail. What seems to be happening is that an action or script step starts to execute a Photoshop command before the document switch completed. If the command requires an open document it fails. Adobe doesn't do a good job of system and regression testing these days. They started a few releases ago to release Beta versions instead thinking these would shake out the bugs. We are paying the price now for the last good release of Photoshop was CS3.

Thanks John, it works now when I changed my preference
to "open documents as Tabs".
And it's doesn't work when I just put it as tabs,
I have to change it absolutly in the preference.
Like you say, there is a nasty bug!!!
