I'm having an issue with download/update facebook friends list in elements 10 organiser? It just brings up the "please wait while we download your facebook friends list", the blue bar moves across repeatedly but nothing else happens (see attached image). I've tried reconnecting facebook (several times and tried a different account), reinstalling elements and a fresh user account on my PC but still not working. Have also tried to create a new catalog in Elements organiser but with no luck so far

OK I'm getting somewhere (I think). I've been monitoring the network connections that elements organiser tries to make in my firewall software and when I start trying to download my facebook friends list in organiser it tries to open a connection to IP address 76.74.170.78 which a look up suggests is an adobe owned IP. However when I try to ping it it fails and if I check on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.co... it looks like the server is down.

So its looking like a problem with one of adobes servers from looks of it

I've tested this on my side and it seems to be working. Are you still encountering the problem or did we perhaps have a holiday weekend issue?

Same issue again? I haven't been able to complete the friends download since I upgraded to version 10.

We noticed an issue with the backend servers (weekend hiccups?) and have been working on them. We seem to have gotten things working again. Anybody still having an issue?
