REVEL: I can't add pictures to my library even after buying a monthly subscription

I was going to add pictures to my library but it said I needed to purchase more space. I just finished purchasing but it still won't let me add.

The account associated with the email (@aol.com) you use for this forum shows as a non subscribed account. Revel users who do not subscribe may run out of uploads for the month, but it is not space related. Free users are allocated 50 uploads a month. Did you subscribe from adoberevel.com or from apple or microsoft store? Do you have a different email you may be logged in with?
