I purchased Photoshop Elements 14 & Premier Elements 14 five days ago from the Adobe website & my license has been revoked.

 I downloaded it & activated the software & used it for about 2 days. Now my license has been revoked. Adobe support chat told me they would have to escalate the issue & it would take another 48 - 72 hours to be contacted back with an email. This is unacceptable customer service. I bought the products 5 days ago & cannot use them but they certainly accepted & processed my payment right away. I love the product but the support is below sub par.

I certainly agree about the service.  I have been trying to find someone who can tell me why Elements 14 freezes when I go from crop to text.  I have to manually shut down and start again.  This cannot be right and nobody has an answer.

I just ran into the same issue. I purchased and uploaded online...received my serial number via email...type it in to open up the software and it tells me it's been revoked. I just paid for it...they processed my payment and I can't use it. And there's no customer service number to call to help with elements?! Not happy
