Hi Phillippe,

Adobe cancelled subscriptions of all users once the end of Revel was announced, back on November 23, 2015. You should not be getting any charges from Adobe.

On that note, do you have a second Revel account with a different email than the one you use here on the forums? Based on this email your Revel subscription ended in May of 2015. Could this be a case of account confusion?

Best regards
Glenyse

Hi Phillippe,

If you paid for another year of Revel In May of 2015, Adobe cancelled all subscriptions as of Nov 2015. All refunds for Revel are being processed and you probably should have gotten yours already. It would have been credited back to your credit card. Your auto payments have already been stopped back in November so you will not be automatically charged for Revel again this May 2016.

Did you still have an email from Adobe sent back in November? It has information there as to your next steps. If not, I can resend you the information.

Glenyse
