Lightroom mobile: I pay for Premium features on my Samsung. Why are there locks on the features that I regularly use?

II pay mo for the LR app on my Samsung. Why are there locks on the features that I regularly use? called your help desk and waited 20 minutes ...for no one to speak with...then hung up.

Which features are locked? Are you signed in on the app? You're paying through the Google Play Store, or direct from Adobe?

The account that you use for this forum is showing as a subscriber on our side.  Is that the one giving you an issue?  If you've locally saved all photos, try logging out and logging in again.
