i noticed the transform panel in lightroom, i hope that photoshop adopts this as i do not like to switch back and forth from LR to PS

Camera Raw and the Camera Raw-Filter already all have the very same functionality. Just activate the transform-tool. So, the functionality is there, but someone at Adobe decided to design the UI (tool vs. panel) differently for Lightroom and Photoshop – for a whatever reason. ;-)

What version of Photoshop/Camera Raw are you using? If you cannot find it in Camera Raw, then you may be using a very old version of Camera Raw. Or you look for the tool in the wrong place...

Thankyou Johan i am using cc2019 i was looknig in photoshop and not Raw Duh , i got it now
