I need pics to meet Amazon's requirements!!!!

I need to make my product images have a pure white or transparent background (RGB Values of 255 or Color Code #FFFFFF) Images must be at least 1000 pixels on the longest side while making sure the item makes up at least 85% of the image frame. These are Amazon's requirements for clothing pictures and I am so far out of my element!! I am trying to download Photoshop and have not been able to (the free trial so I can see if I can even use it). Any help at all would be great. Thanks!!!

What problem are you having? It sounds like you need to deal with the download issues before you can make your images match Amazon's requirements.

I downloaded photoshop. So that part is fixed. :) I do not know how to make the background pure white or transparent. Why is it so complicated?
I thought I would be able to click on the image and then "white out" everything in the background. I can't even figure out where to begin. I have been watching youtube tutorials and still nothing. I am not a stupid person either!! :) :) :)

It isn't complicated - but there are many options.

When you create a new document, you can choose to make the background white, or transparent, or another solid color.

If you open an existing document, then you can choose to change the colors, or erase the background as needed.

Learning Photoshop is a lot like learning to paint in oils: start with the simple stuff, and keep practicing, and learn a few new tricks as you go. And, of course, there are lots of tutorials available on the web to teach you the basics of how to use Photoshop (unlike advanced painting, sigh).
