Photoshop CC: How do I recover work after a crash?

I worked in photoshop cc for one hour and a half, and then it's crashed. I lost EVERYTHING I worked on! Even if I didn't press a save action, should be able to see my content from automatic save (once per 5 min or something). I didn't get ANY Restoring files. Just Nothing. This is the first time in last 6 years or something such thing happening. I can't even remember when it happened for the last time.
Please HELP.
Thank you
Inna

once per 5 min or something
What was the setting exactly?
Have you searched the appropriate locations (see post 1 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1919058 and the Folder »PSAutoRecover« on the Scratch Disks)?

If you were working on a file for 1,5 hours without saving once you may want to change your Photoshop habits.

Was it or was it not set to 5min?
You (or someone with access to your computer) could naturally have changed it.

If the (scratch) disk was full I would expect you should have gotten a warning.

Yes, it's always on 5 min, no one did anything with my computer. Also, it doesn't back to natural program preferences (interface colors stay the same). Even if it was, 1.5 hours not appear in that dropdown.

The scratch disk full only for 25%.

Well, I assume that data is lost then.

To make sure the process works at all I would recommend you create a new file, perform some tasks on it and check if a backup file is created in one of the aforementioned locations at all.
