Elements: Issue with activation

I just spent over 2 hours with customer support. There is no phone number to call so you have to "Chat" with cyber tech's. I asked for a suppervisor 3 times. Never got one, I chated with 4 different techs. Totaly useless. Problem NOT resolved. I have the chat emailed to my account. 2 hours!

Looks like you were having an issue with activation or sign in. Can you be more specific about the issue you are encountering?

Self inflicted. My fault. But, they had 2 hours to come up with a basic mistake. Still the problem was self inflicted.
