I'm unable to download the upgrade to 13 from my 11. I have a Mac and I see on the order that what I downloaded was for Windows. Want to find out what is needed to get the right program.

Thanks AD014630211 order number

Hi Jim, the Elements license is cross-platform. You should be able to download the Mac version and use the serial # you have: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html

Let me know if that works for you.

I am having a problem with Elements 13 - I purchased Windows , downloaded and installed - no problem - however - I downloaded the Mac version on my Mac - tried to enter the serial number I got with my order - it tells me it's not an Elements 13 license number - I'm guessing because it's a Windows license - can you help?

I registered a new cross-platform serial with your account. Sign into adobe.com go to your products to grab the new serial.

According to Adobe, the boxed Elements products have a single serial number that will work on either Windows or Mac, with discs for each platform in the box. For downloaded Elements products, the software installer & license will be for either Mac or Windows. For these purchases, the customer receives a serial number that is platform-dependent.

If you're running the most recent version of Elements, then Adobe Customer Service can do a complimentary platform swap (as Jeffrey did above).
