Express: I have the noise reduction on my phone.why do I have to pay extra for the option to reduce the noise features? Windows

as far as i know.there's only one PS Express at the app store.unless this is the wrong party/site or maybe there's a bogus app at the app store.

There are other Adobe apps available on Windows (and Apple) app stores, and you hadn't said PS Express until a few minutes ago, so we didn't know.

If you already purchased the Noise Reduction option, then that should be available to you even on a new device (because the purchase is associated with your Microsoft ID, not the device). If you are using the same Microsoft ID on both devices, then we'll have to wait for the PS Express folks to provide information on how to force it to update/load.
