Photoshop: How do I do I install on a second computer without having to make another purchase?

You can install and activate on two of your personal computers (e.g. a desktop and a laptop)

If you're planning to get rid or an old computer but it still runs, choose Help>Deactivate... or Help>Sign-Out... to remove the activation from the computer before you dispose of the computer or sell it. Instructions here:

If you are using Creative Cloud, simply sign-in to and download your software on your new system:

If you are using Photoshop CS6 or earlier and you've lost an activation because of a hardware failure and the system no longer runs, go to this page and work with a chat agent. They should be able to restore your activation:
