First time I tried to upload I got an invalid url message. I've since had to uninstall and reinstall elements 18. That whole process went much better once I figured out a few firewall work arounds BUT I'm trying to upload an album to facebook and now I'm getting a service is unavailable. We're working on a fix. I bought this program thinking it was going to make my life easier as far as managing my photos. So far not so good.

I suggest you go back to what you were using because so many, including me, cannot upload no matter what you try. I got my money back. When you contact them, they are no help. That is what happened to me. I was just directed to the same page I tried to download it from.

I am having the same problems. I understand how to uninstall the program but how do you re-install it without having to purchase it again? I am very didappointed with Photoshop Elements 2018.

You just sign into your Adobe account and go to your purchases and click it. It will download and then you just enter the serial number they sent you when you purchased it.

It will not work. We tried at least four times and gave up. It always has errors listed. That's why I got my money back. They were of no help to me at all.
