I have entered a photo competition and they are requiring a file size of 10mb or less. I use the Canon 6d Mark ii. When I export the photos they are in KB. They want 300 dpi or larger and no smaller than a 5 x 7. I cant seem to convert corrrectly on export in lightroom.

Your image needs to be 1500x2100 pixels to meet the 300dpi and 5x7 minimums. The requested 10 mb is 10,000 kB. If necessary, you can reduce the JOEG quality to reduce the size in kB to meet the rules

Here's an export setup for a 5x7. If you crop your image to the aspect ratio you want, then in the export window just choose the long edge dimension you want and limit the file size to 10,000k.

This is not correct. The request is 7 inch @ 300 ppi, you show 7 inch @ 100 ppi. When you specify the output in inches rather than pixels, the resolution in ppi becomes relevant.

You're correct John. My mistake. I quickly modified one of my presets and forgot to change the res before I took the screenshot.
