Photoshop CC always has the 3D features enabled, if your system meets the minimum requirements for the 3D features.

Sometimes your video card driver is just out of date (update from the GPU maker's website). Other times the GPU just doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
So, what OS version are you using?
What GPU model?
How much VRAM is available?

Hi Chris,Thanks for the reply.I'm new to photoshop and the reason why I start this free trial is for me to learn more about it.Unfortunately,I don't really have an idea on what is GPU means and VRAM..Sorry about that.How I wish you could tell me steps on how to do this thing or how update it.All I now is that my laptop is windows 8.core i3 ram maybe 500.Thanks,If you can help.That would be great.I also tried it our office desktop.But still 3d is not possible.Hepl me please.

The GPU is the heart of your video card. VRAM is the video memory on your video card.
Look in Help->System Info to find out what Photoshop knows about your video card.
