I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 which is really old. It keeps crashing.

It is very simple. When I launch the application it crashes within a minute. Since I already have a version of CS2, version 9.0.2, I don't want to pay for an entirely new piece of software. How should I contact Adobe to ask for an upgrade?

There are no more updates - Photoshop CS2 is quite old.
We might be able to identify why you are crashing though: What does the detailed crash report say?
What OS version are you using?

No, we need to see ALL of the crash report, not just the first 10 lines.
