I have a problem with the Photoshop Elements 11 installation.

I purchased a retail copy of Photoshop Elements 11 a couple of years ago.  I waited until I could install Windows 7 Professional on my computer before installing the software.  When I installed the software using the serial# provided on the box everything seemed to work ok.  The installation program validated my serial # and the installation completed without a problem.  I used Belarc Advisor to check the installation registration and I was surprised to see that Belarc reported my copy of Photoshop Elements 11 as a "trial copy."  The serial # Belarc showed was NOT the serial # I input into install validation screen.  I contacted Adobe chat and was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the software.  After doing what I was instructed, Belarc still showed that the software was a trial version.  I contacted chat again and I was told that the number that was indicated by Belarc was a beta version number.  I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the software again.  I repeated the process, input the product serial # provided by the box and was again frustrated by the fact that the serial # I input was not the one shown in Belarc.  The serial # shown by Belarc was the same one that was shown when I first ran the Belarc program so it appears to be getting the serial # from the Adobe validation process.  I was advised to contact this forum for help because I don't want my Photoshop Elements 11 to stop running if there is a time limit on the "trial software."  I am taking the computer to a place that does not have internet so I don't want a surprise if this program stops working down the road because it is a trial version.  Can someone explain what is going on and help me with this problem?
