I have a pic of left face. Can I copy it, turn it around and use it as the right face, then make the two look like a natural face?

I have a picture of a left side of the face. Is there a way for me to copy it, change it around so it could be used as the right side of the face, then put them together to look like a natural face?

yes, you can do it, but you have to take little bit of pain of using many tools like copy and rotate of the image,

You can do it but the person will look like a freak. The key in your post is "natural face". An exact duplicate will be a challenge to look natural. You'll need to add some irregularities to help achieve this like editing out moles or destinct marks from at least one side or other.

So many studies have been done on face symmetry and attractiveness. Symetric faces are universally seen as more attractive but when taken to the extreme and perfect symmetry is achieved (exactly what you're talking of doing) the results are not favorable.

Couple of examples from a Penn State study a few years ago with perfect symmetry:

Post you're results on here, would love to see where this goes.
