Photoshop: I want to keep the image background, but remove a texture

I have a document, on this document there is a back ground I want to keep. And there is tex I would like to remove?

I'm guessing that by "tex" you mean texture.
How you would go about that depends on the appearance of the image and texture.

In some cases you can use simple filters to remove the texture (blurring, median, surface blur), in others you may need to use frequency separation (like a Fourier Transform filter) to remove it, and in the worst case sometimes you have to re-scan or re-photograph to remove complex textures.

Which application are you using?
What does the current image look like?

I am useing adobe photo shop, the document was letter with a picture in back ground in light shade. My son has written on it, and scrunched up the document. I need to remove the writing and the creates on paper. Thank you for your help so far. I really hope you can help me more. Ella.

Ok, so not a simple texture but creases, writing and a desaturated photo in the background. That won't be easy, and you're probably looking at retouching techniques to do the job - like the healing brush for the writing and creases, plus adjustments to remove more of the image in the background.

There are quite a few tutorials on the web, and several excellent books, on how to retouch photos/images using Photoshop.

Start with a web search for Photoshop Retouching Tutorial, and see if any of them cover the sorts of things you are trying to clean up in your image.
