Which version of Lightroom are you using?
Is this a new behavior? Did it used to work?

Pete

Lightroom 6.4 and its like that since i installed it. At first I tought that its supposed to be like that, that Adobe changed something in lightroom 6 but i saw some tutorial with someone using Lr 6 and i could clearly see that feather circle is where is supposed to be. maybe its something caused by Windows 10 but the rest works great.

Conrad

What is the value of your Feather Slider?
Can you set it to 100 and give us a screenshot of your Adjustment Brush panel that also shows your cursor when moused-over the image?

that's how it looks, but now goofing around with it i spotted that above certain size of brush the feather circle starts to be visible, but different size of feather demands different size of brush to start showing up feather circle.

It is still worth an attempt - and if the mouse/tablet drivers don'g change the situation, the preference reset is a good final check.

it's possible that there is some problem with the windows or drivers, in two weeks time im going to reinstall operating system and everything on this laptop, just to be sure, and to set up some stuff the way i want it, not the way some guy or girl at computer store wanted it to be ;)

example, with the feather size 100 its enough when the brush its 21, and you can see feather, with the feather size 50 you need brush to be atleast 27.
But its not of a big help bcause usually im using much smaller brushes, on eyes teeth , or even with masking graduated filter usually brush is smaller.

As you can see mouse cursor (arrow) is above slider, and you can see how the brush looks on the left side at the same time.
