I cannot get creative cloud trial to download I get a new window that asks me to sign in, which I do, but then it says no good, your system doesn't recognize and then unintelligible stuff after that. I have tried to get in touch with your people, but get put on a circle jerk through your various web pages. I signed up for the 30 day trial and have nothing except one hour wasted time to my credit. So unless you help fix this, I'm no longer a potential customer. I surrender.
