You can edit your image starting with the top right icon in the panels section—it looks like 3 sliders. Below that, you get the creative stuff, then crop and rotate, and so on.

On the iPhone it’s the Edit section .

Lightroom Mobile is not Lightroom Classic running on iOS. It’s a different app with sometimes different names for the same functionality, and it lacks some of the functionality of Lightroom Classic. Almost all the edit options from the LrC Develop tab are present, however.
