I am looking for templates / values for exporting for a digital photo frame

I have a digital photo frame (480 x 234) that purports to play video.  I exported from Premiere Elements 13 to an .mpg file using the 'Computer' menu and NTSC standard. Video plays, but audio does not.  I wonder if others have had success, and also if there's a device 'template' or something I can use to create settings for this specific device that I can choose at a later time. The device is a Coby DP769;  unfortunately Coby no longer sells or supports this.  Photos are no problem,  and audio-only (MP3) works, so I suspect it's something to do with the combo of settings I am using somehow.

Googling shows the specs a Video:  AVI, MPG/MPEG, XviD and Audio: MP3, WMA.

I don't know how flexible Premier is in mixing and matching codecs, but I'd say try an AVI with MPEG video and MP3 audio and see if that works, otherwise keep MP3 for the audio and try various video codecs.  Don't make the bit-rate too high otherwise you might be over-taxing the frame's decoding CPU or speed in reading from the memory card/flash drive.

Another thought would be MP4 with MP3 audio although perhaps you'd need to rename to MPG.

Thanks, I intend to try some of that; I've also read that the XviD and MP2 combo is supposed to work but we'll see.  As for the other part of my question: assuming I figure it out, is there a way to save a "pre-set" or template with a name (like "Photo Frame") that will call up all the correct settings when I need it?

Does the Save Preset next to the Preset selection not work for this purpose?

It would work for this - once I figure out what will work.  I have video but no audio
