Photoshop: I already paid but it not open

hello, I have an issue at PS CC , I choose to pay month by month and I already received a message from the bank for the first month at 6 JAN 2019 and it worked, till 6 FEB I also have a bank message but the PS keep showing a window saying that I should buy it to is use it while I'm already paid. I check my email and my password all was correct, please I need to use it these days.

You can start by first logging in to your adobe.com account. Once there, click on "Manage Your Account". From there you can check on your account status and see when you next payment is due. If it doesn't match with your records, contact them directly about it.

I'm not seeing an account under the email address you've used here. It's likely you're logging in with the wrong email address.

You are logged in here with an email address that ends in @gmail.com. It looks like your membership is under an email address ending @students.nksd.net 

Are you signing into Adobe.com with the email address that ends in @students.nksd.net to update the payment info?
