HUION 1060PLUS *occasionally* bugs out Photoshop CC2018 (ALT and CTRL buttons)

I've got an issue with my Huion 1060Plus tablet and I couldn't find anything online. It's not something that prevents me using the tablet and photoshop altogether, but it gets really damn annoying after a while.

So in a nutshell, when I paint with Photoshop and I use an ALT or CTRL command on my keyboard (i.e. ALT+Click for color picker) or on my tablet (CTRL+ALT+Z mapped to the buttons), the Photoshop becomes unresponsive. I can press my pen on the screen anywhere, but it just won't draw or interact with Photoshop at all, and instead I see little boxes with "ALT" "Control" pop up for a second, as if I were picking through Huion's shortcut settings.

I usually fix it by ALT+TABing in and out of Photoshop and then everything works fine, but I'd really appreciate it if I didn't have to do that every minute. Can you guys help please?

Hey Antae,
I believe this is an issue with the Huion driver. I will occasionally have the same issue with my huion tablet. I found that sometimes what it does, is to activate a text box somewhere in photoshop. Example being, it will activate the text input for a color value slider. If I just hit enter/return it will close the box and continue working normally.
See if hitting enter will clear up the issue for you, if not, keep using alt tab until Huion fixes this issue. Make sure you're telling Huion about this.
Another relation to your problem is windows ink, try turning this off and on to see if it makes any difference. This is typically found in the digital pen area of your huion driver.l Make sure that mouse mode and game mode are ticked OFF.
