Photoshop: HSL adjustment layer

There is no "HSL" like Camera Raw or Lightroom at Photoshop. There are some ways to do the same but not easy as "HSL".

Add HSL to Photoshop would be great.

Looks like you are using Elements, not Photoshop. The ACR module in Elements does not provide the 'HSL' tab.
Yes, it would be good if Elements had the full ACR features... is this a realistic expectation?
Note that Elements provides equivalent tools in the editor. Those are available in 16 bits mode, which means that there is no loss of quality, only different workflows.

I'm not using the Elements. I use ACR Module when i want HSL but i would like directly into photoshop.

Without the need of opening a module. The HSL should be a "Adjustment layer".
