I have a15 mb psd file in 9 channels using spot colors that I want to save as a jpg file. When I go to save as my only options are: psd, lge doc. format, PhotoShop 2.0, PhotoShop raw, PhotoShop DCS 2.0. Can you help me do this? We did it about 6 months ago and no one can remember how we did it. Julie A, julie@wisecarver.com

You can't easily do that, because JPEG doesn't support the concept of spot colors, and barely supports additional channels (most viewers won't show them, and some malfunction badly if the number of channels isn't exactly 3).

Is the file's mode 16bits? If you're using CS4 or earlier you'll need to convert to Image>Mode>8bits per channel in order to save to some formats like JPEG.
