I thought that PhotoShop.com was a place to backup/store my folders from PS Elements. Is that true? If so, how do you do it?

Hi Karen,
You can't upload/sync folders on Photoshop.com. However images/audio/video can be uploaded to Photoshop.com via albums. That is you need to create albums for your media which can later be used to sync to Photoshop.com
The procedure is-
1. Open 'Edit->Preferences->Backup/synchronization'. Click on 'sign in' button to sign in to Photoshop.com with your Adobe ID .
2. Click on check box for backup/sync is On.
3. Click on advanced settings to do some changes .
4. You will see a table which contains following- Desktop organizer and my photos on Photoshop.com. All your albums present in catalog will be listed here. Click on checkbox for album which you want to sync to Photoshop.com.

Please let me know if you need clarification on any step.
